Our Warranties

Lenox Corporation provides a variety of warranties for selected Lenox brand products, each with specific terms and durations depending on the item. If your purchase includes a warranty, details can be found on the warranty card that comes with the product, which also includes instructions for submitting a claim. It is important to note that these warranties are valid only within the United States and Canada, and that certain legal rights may differ from one state to another.

For Lenox dinnerware and serveware, the Replacement Promise ensures that items that break during normal use or are found to be defective will be replaced free of charge, provided a replacement is available. To qualify for this program, the item must have been previously registered, and a photo documenting the breakage is required. The Replacement Promise applies only to dinnerware and coordinating serveware from a Lenox collection and is available exclusively to the original owner of the registered pieces. This program is designed to protect the value and enjoyment of your collection while providing reassurance in case of accidental damage or manufacturing defects.

Lenox flatware carries a lifetime limited warranty for fine quality 18/10 stainless steel pieces, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner. Items found to be defective under normal use and proper care are repaired or replaced at no cost, with replacement items matching the original or of equal or higher value. Minor imperfections, such as scratches or discolorations, are considered normal and do not affect warranty coverage. Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, overheating, accidents, fire, or theft are not covered.

Lenox cutlery is protected by a 25-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Proper care must be followed, and minor imperfections are not considered defects. Damages from misuse, abuse, accidents, or external factors are excluded, and the warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses.

Certain Oneida products are also backed by lifetime or 25-year limited warranties, depending on the type of item. Fine quality flatware is warranted for the lifetime of the original owner, while cutlery may carry either a 25-year or lifetime limited warranty. In all cases, coverage applies to defects under normal use and proper care, excluding minor blemishes, misuse, or accidental damage. Oneida bakeware, tools, and gadgets purchased through Anchor Hocking, LLC, are similarly covered by a lifetime limited warranty for breakage under normal household use.

Cambridge drinkware and barware do not include a warranty but may be replaced or refunded if found defective upon receipt. Cambridge stainless steel flatware carries a 25-year limited warranty, while color-coated flatware has a 10-year limited warranty, covering defects under proper care and normal use. Hampton Forge flatware and cutlery items are covered by 25-year limited warranties against defects in materials or workmanship, with replacements provided at no cost if the pattern is available or a similar item of equivalent value is substituted. Minor imperfections and normal wear do not void coverage.

Reed & Barton flatware enjoys a lifetime limited warranty for 18/10 stainless steel, guaranteeing repair or replacement for defective items under normal use. Glassware from Reed & Barton is covered under Lenox Corporation’s warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship, though damage from normal wear, misuse, or unintended use is not included. Across all brands, warranties exclude damage caused by improper handling, accidents, fire, theft, or other external factors and generally do not cover incidental or consequential damages.

These warranty programs are structured to provide customers with confidence in the quality and durability of their products, ensuring that defective or damaged items can be repaired or replaced, thereby preserving the value and enjoyment of Lenox, Oneida, Cambridge, Hampton Forge, and Reed & Barton products. Customers are encouraged to follow care instructions and register products where applicable to take full advantage of these protections.
